1. Who we are

WILL24.AE is a service operated by DESCENTEK FZ LLC (License N. 47012866), Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "WILL24"). By using this website you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the service

WILL24.AE assists with the drafting and registration of wills through the relevant UAE authorities (ADJD, Dubai Courts and the DIFC Wills Service Centre). We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We provide a document preparation and registration service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of making a will under UAE law to use our service. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

4. Fees and payment

Service fees are displayed on the website before purchase. Government, court and notary fees are passed through at cost where applicable. Payments are processed by third-party providers.

5. Refunds

Once a will has been submitted to a UAE authority for registration, fees are non-refundable. Prior to submission, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis less any third-party costs already incurred.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our aggregate liability arising from or connected to the service is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for delays caused by the relevant authorities.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah.
